UPDATE:

TMZ has obtained pictures of Andy Dick taken just 4 hours before his arrest. In a generous mood, Dick was giving free lap dances to patrons.  The friend that arrived with him left him to dance on his own!

People is reporting that the actor was arrested outside a restaurant in California on drug possession and misdemeanor sexual battery.  His bail is being set at $5,000.  That picture is a little disturbing, don’t you think?
