Heidi Montag is moving up in the world

The Hills’ star had lunch with McCain’s daughter Meghan McCain (as pictured above) at The Ivy in Santa Monica. Gee, do you think they were hoping to get photographed. It’s not like the paparazzi hangs out there or anything!
The usually camera shy Heidi was only too happy to smile for cameras (cough) and, no, Spencer Pratt was not dining with the ladies.
