Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher are back in the United States after spending time in Guatemala for a charity that helps indigenous organic farmers.

Scout Willis had been on the project a while ago.  Demi and Ashton weren’t afraid to get their hands dirty and helped build the houses with tin roofs which including moving blocks in the midday sun.  The glamorous couple are back in L.A. working.

Demi is shooting Happy Tears, for which she was paid substantially less than her previous paychecks.  Demi was the first actress to break the $10 Million picture salary and also broke records in 1996 when she was paid $12.5 Million for Striptease.

Ashton has just completed production of Spread and Personal Effects.

The couple have been married since September 24, 2005.
