Marissa Jaret Winokur and her husband, Judah Miller, are the parents of their first child, son Zev Isaac Miller!!   The ecstatic couple had this child via a surrogate and helped deliver the baby on Tuesday.   Winokur, who is a cervical cancer survivor told People:

He is so perfect,”  “My little miracle baby is here and I can’t believe it.”  “I’d say he’s got a Winokur face and a Miller body,”

Marissa was the third runner up on last seasons Dancing with the Stars and won a Tony for her role in Hairspray on Broadway. Says Winokur:

“One minute I’m totally fine and the next minute I’m overwhelmed with emotion,” a teary-eyed Winokur said. “I can’t believe I am sitting here next to MY baby. This is the one thing that’s been missing from our lives. Now our house is really going to be a home
