The multi-talented Alicia Keys and White Stripe’s Jack White will be collaborating (and making movie history) by recording the first Bond theme duet for new movie Quantum of Solace. 

They will perform Another Way To Die.  White  wrote and produced the song, and will also play drums on the track.

Turns out Alicia Keys is a big fan of the band White Stripes:

They’re very raw, very cut and dry. It’s, like, drums and guitar. It’s that simple, and I love that. “I think that combining that style with mine, which already has a raw feel to it, and my voice, I just think we could do something really interesting that mixes rock and soul together, the blues and emotion, and it could be really touching. “We’ve had some conversations. When the time works out, and it definitely will, it will happen.”

The Bond film will be released into theatres on November 8.

The French First Lady, and former model graces the cover of September’s Vanity Fair with an accompanying extensive interview.

The article talks about her concern over admitting to nude pictures of herself.  Rather than be concerned her husband, President Nicholas Sarkozy shured, and requested a print of his favorite pose!! 

The pictures were made public at the time the couple were accused of being more concerned with celebrity than with politics, so much so that he has earned the name President Bling Bling for his flashy style. 

In May, a nude photo of her was auctioned off for £45,500 to an unnamed bidder in New York.

I’ve never seen the show (just commercials for the show) but to sum him up:  ANGRY.  I get the impression he is hated by a lot of people despite the fact he claims to have an employee retention rate of 85% since 1993.

He fell off a 280 ft. cliff, landed in freezing water, and because of the footwear he was wearing, once they absorbed water they started weighing him down, making it virtually impossible to come up.

He told the Sun newspaper:

“I thought I was a goner.  “They say cats have nine lives. I’ve had 12 already and I don’t know how many more I’ll have.  “I remember thinking, ‘Oh f***. My boots and my waterproofs were dragging me down.  “I’m an extremely good swimmer, but I couldn’t get to the surface. I was panicking and my lungs were filling with water.  “When I got to the top after getting my boots off I was dazed and my head was totally numb.”

Ramsay was treated at his hotel for a cut on his leg and later had a check-up at London’s Cromwell Hospital.

Um, ladies….did you know that he wears a size 15 shoe???!!!!

The very cute 20 year old daughter of Lenny Kravitz (hubba hubba) and Lisa Bonet was seen out and about in New York last night.  I don’t think she’s feeling the love for the photographer, though.

Don’t you think that dress looks so pretty on her?  She’s perfect for it!  It’s very feminine.

The Sheriff’s spokesperson Steve Whitmore has confirmed the other driver in the accident on the weekend ran a red light and was at fault for the accident.  The other party will be cited in this accident.

Sometimes life is just not fair, lol.  Yes, it’s a slow news day.  But we can always count on Matthew McConaughy to be spotted jogging somewhere (in this case Malibu).  Unfortunately he isn’t bare-chested.
