According to their rep:

“They are not engaged, getting married or any of the reports,” the reps tell PEOPLE exclusively, calling the reports “lies.”

But they have yet to confirm they are a couple, right?  They seem extremely private and will not discuss their personal lives, so I doubt they would make an official announcement anyways. 

You’ve got to admit, they are a cute couple.
