Britney Spears shot a promo with host, Russell Brand in which he seeks out her advice on how he should host the Sept 7 MTV MVAs. 

It has not been confirmed that she will perform, and most people think it’s unlikely but MTV President Van Toffler has said:

 ”Everyone deserves a second or third chance … who knows?”

Obivously MTV is open to it.  I think she is going to perform and is working toward that.  Look how hot she looked in those Cabos pics (white bikini).  She’s been really working out, and focusing.  I would love to see her in an outstanding performance.
