TMZ is reporting that Hayden Panettiere’s father was arrested on a felony account of domestic violence around 3 a.m. this morning for allegedly striking Leslie Panettiere in the face.
He is being held on $50,000 bail.

Eva Longoria & Tony Parker were spotted leaving Beso where Hayden Panettiere was hosting The Whaleman Foundation benefit dinner. All of the pictures of Hayden from that event (that I have access to) has her with very bizarre facial expression, lol. I’m posting the least bizarre one!
You know, in terms of Eva Longoria stating she’s not pregnant, I don’t know if I’m buying it. Obviously it’s her business if and when she were to announce that news.
But my reasonsing is, if she has to wear padding for her character on Desperate Housewives anyways, what is the point to gaining a bit of weight, unless of course you are having cravings and actually pregnant? Wouldn’t it make more sense to pack on 50 pounds to make the character completely realistic? To pack on 10, 15 or 20 pounds but still need padding is kind of pointless.
Is it just me? What do you guys think?
