Joe Francis gone stupid
The Girls Gone Wild founder is being sued by bazillionaire Steve Wynn because Joe Francis declared that Wynn used:
“alcohol, prostitutes and illegal drugs” to lure big spenders to his gambling meccas.
Being the beacon of purity and wholesomeness that Joe Francis is, he will have the opportunity to defend his statement in court against Wynn`s $10 Million libel and slander lawsuit. Wynn`s legal team:
“Francis stated that he planned on ‘exposing how exactly Mr. Wynn deceives his high end customers…’ with reckless disregard for the truth.”
Incidentally Wynn sued Francis last month for $2 Million in unpaid gambling debts.
It`s Vegas and all, and who knows if that type of stuff happens or not, but when a public figure makes a public statement about another public figure like that, (a very, very wealthy public figure) you know you`re going to end up in court. It really isn`t the smartest move for someone to make.

Funny, the GGW guy doesn’t seem to understand LV. Even if he is telling the truth about Steve Wynn, for right or wrong, this is how LV works. And Steve Wynn will win this game of suit & counter suit. I don’t even like Steve Wynn either, but this isn’t going to turn out well for the GGW guy.
I couldn’t agree with you more. Joe Francis has a history of getting girls who are drunk (some allegedly underage) and filming them. Who is he to judge? Those in glass houses……
But you are right, it isn’t going to turn out well for Francis.
