The New York Post reported that the two were spotted at Lure Fish Bar in SoHo, where a source is quoted as saying:

“They were pretty hot and heavy and they were sitting right in the middle of the room. They were definitely into each other,” and despite recent rumors, “definitely not broken up.”

Additionally, photogs caught the two going to Miranda’s New York apartment (pictured above).  You can’t really see her face, but that is him.

UPDATE:  The evidence has surfaced…I’ve switched out the top picture and added some more.  That dog had better be safe on that motorcycle.  How cute is that pooch?
