I’m not surprised by this.  He strikes me as very generous.  George Clooney was driving in Pennabilli, Italy where he rear-ended a woman’s car.  He took full responsibility for the accident and when she went to pick up her vehicle from the repair shop, she was surprised to find a new replica of her Lancia Ypsilon model.  The hunky actor shelled out GBP14,000 or $28,000 USD.

The note that came with the new car:  “I’m so sorry. Hope you’ll forgive me. George Clooney.”

Are you kidding me?  It’s George Clooney!
