Toni Braxton has told her Dancing With the Stars’ partner, Alec Mazzo to treat her in the same way he treats his healthy and fit celebs despite the fact that she suffers from the heart condition pericarditis, and had to cancel her Las Vegas shows because of it.

According to Alec:  “She told me herself, ‘Give me the competitive choreography you can; I’m gonna deal with it.’” 

She is a strong, and courageous woman.

Sheryl Crow was at the Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas to promote Bootheel Trading Co., her collection of jeans, denim jackets and tops at a Dillard’s store in the mall. 

The jeans are very reasonably priced at $62-$64 a pair.  The tops run from $26-$44 with the one she is wearing being $32, and the vest she is wearing is $48 with two other styles at the same price. 

She looks amazing doesn’t she?  That color top really suits her.

Here is some eye candy for you.  I am liking him more and more as I see pictures of him.  He’s hot!!  Jason Statham was seen in L.A. at the same restaurant that Stone Cold Steve Austin was dining at.

“We used to work out together, but we stopped,” says Minnillo, laughing. “We’re doing different things. And the guy runs forever! Like, I swear, he’s running 11 miles a day. I can’t run. That’s the one thing I can’t do, because I feel like the further I jog away from my house, the further I have to jog back!”

…….on why she and Nick Lachey don’t work out together anymore.  This quote made me laugh.

A rep for Nicollette Sheridan and Michael Bolton have confirmed that their engagement has been called off.  The two have been engaged since March 2006.  In 2007 Nicolette said:

“Michael is a wonderful human being. He has brought me a profound love and support. He is an amazing sounding board for me,” she went on. “I am the happiest now I’ve ever been in my life, feeling more grounded than I ever have.”  “For me there’s only been one person, and that’s Michael,” she added. 

They couple originally dated from 1992 to 1997 when they split.  They got back together in 2005 after Nicollette called off her engagement to Nicklas Soderblom.  At the time Bolton said:

“Nicollette and I are very serious about each other,” Bolton told New York’s Daily News around the time of their engagement. “I am very committed. It is a very special time in my life. I have a good feeling about the future.”

What a shame.  When they got back together after having been apart for so long, the romantic in me thought it was fate and how wonderful.

Although their engagement is called off there is no word about their relationship.  But it makes you wonder, doesn’t it?

If you are like me, you know the joy that having a pet can bring you and your family.  They are such loving creatures that simply live in the moment without any intention except to be loved by you.  Too many animals are in shelters for a multitude of reasons.

As you know, these animals require care that can be costly.  It is at this point I’d like to bring your attention to the button at the very bottom of this page (it’s a long way down I know, but I’m working on that).  When you click on it, it will take you to the ASPCA site where their button is located (purple button, top right hand corner). 

For every “click” of that button, the sponsors to the ASPCA will donate .60 bowls of food to the animals in shelters waiting to be adopted.
