The reviews are starting to look good for the October 1 release of the much anticipated RockNRolla starring our favorite guy Gerard Butler.

With a tagline of “A story of Sex, Thugs and Rock n Roll“ it promises to appeal to the masses.  It is an “interwoven story of modern gangland London where real estate has replaced drugs“.

Gerard Butler plays a “low-level criminal“.  The Film also stars Tom Wilkinson, Mark Strong, and Thandie Newton.

Gee, I wonder if there will be any sex scenes with Gerard Butler……. (here`s hoping) 

Victoria Beckham attended the launch of her and David Beckham`s new fragrances ‘Signature For Him and Signature For Her’ by Harvey Nichols at the Harvey Nichols store on August 29, 2008 in Manchester, England.  An assistant (pictured below) was handing out samples of the fragrances.

As if her life isn`t in enough turmoil with her father making public statements, Lindsay Lohan`s paternal grandfather, Richard Lohan, 73 has died in New York.

Michael Lohan told America`s OK! magazine:

“My father just, literally, died in my arms. I notified all my kids.”

Being the opportunist he is, he chose this time of grief to take a swipe at his ex-wife Dina:

“Let’s see if she has the decency and respect to bring my kids to the wake and funeral. THIS will show her true colours! Thus, not even a call. But that’s par for the course with Dina! She didn’t even send a card or visit when he was sick.”

I`m not sure what he expects when he makes public statements like that, but you aren`t going to endear people to you.  Not to mention he isn`t showing respect for his children.  Despite his relationship with her, she is the mother of his children.  He oozes bitterness.  Bitterness is unattractive.

Despite Eva Herzigova`s dress looks like a bunch of doilies sewn together, she still looks glamorous.  Only she could get away with that.

A beautiful Blake Lively appeared on David Letterman to promote the new season of Gossip Girl.  Her dress is very flattering on her, isn`t it.  Prior to the show she was met by a crowd of fans seeking her autograph.

Seeing Charlize Theron in her pink dress I think Vavoom!!  This girl just keeps getting more and more gorgeous.

She`s in Venice for her film The Burning Plain.   The man she`s pictured below with is the director of the film, Guillermo Arriaga.  I`ve also included some pictures of her in Venice from the night before where she attended a party for the movie ‘Valentino: The Last Emperor’.  I love the dress she is wearing for that as well.

Josh Hartnett was leaving the Apollo Theatre in the west end of London after performing in his new role in the ‘Rain Man’. Josh was mobbed by hundreds of waiting fans at the back door and then sneeked out the front door of the theatre and got in to a waiting taxi with a mystery brown haired woman.

He looks pretty calm and composed considering the hordes of people around him.

In the past, he has been quoted as saying: “I’ve had my heart broken, and it’s not fun. But I’d rather have my heart broken than break someone else’s heart.“

Doesn`t that speak volumes about the kind of man he is. Now that`s hot.
