OK! Magazine is reporting that a friend of Carrie Underwood says Carrie’s response to Jessica Simpson’s declaration that Tony Romo is the love of her life was:

“She finds Jessica’s love of putting her life on display pretty desperate,” a pal of the “Before He Cheats” singer tells OK!. “She laughed at the People cover, because it’s the same one Jess did about John Mayer — same smile, same look, except she’s a little fatter.”

In terms of a dual between the two competing country stars:

 “Carrie doesn’t think fans will spend money to watch Jess warble through a few badly written songs,”

First of all, Jessica Simpson is not fat.  But personally I don’t understand jealousy.  It’s a big world folks, there is lots to go around for everyone. 

Whether this story is true or not, women need to be more supportive of one another.
