For the first time since she announced her separation from Royston Langdon, Liv Tyler has admitted that the split has left her feeling “neurotic”.

“For the first time in my life, it’s so much harder for me to get up and brush (off) my knees. I am feeling the pain and the loss of everything.
“I don’t feel calm and collected. I feel neurotic, like Woody Allen. I’m a Cancer and sometimes I just feel like a crab without a shell.”

On the prospects of dating again:

“I am trying to just let myself feel it (break-up). I think you have to mourn and you have to feel that pain… I kiss (my son) Milo on the lips all the time but I haven’t had a kiss kiss for a very long time.
“I’m trying to just take one day at a time and be the best mom I can, but it is a strange time, like walking down the road with nowhere to go… We’ll see where it takes me.”

I’m sure what she is feeling is not uncommon.  We wish her well.

Larry Hagman was on hand at the 125th anniversary of the Cold Spring Harbor Fish Hatchery & Aquarium. A dozen TV icons and legends braved the threat of Hurricane Hannah to come together in Cold Spring Harbor on Long Island to celebrate and to help bring awareness to the aquatic environmental education center.

Ironically the goodbyes at the event were interrupted by an evacuation order as the intense winds were beginning to rip the tent they were in.

Other celebs pictured:  Ed Asner, Larry Hagman, Tippi Hedren, Stefanie Powers, Morgan Fairchild, Lou Ferrigno, Erik Estrada, Joyce DeWitt, Priscilla Barnes, Adam West, David Faustino, and Cindy Williams all partied the night away at the breathtaking waterfront estate of the evening’s host, Richard Baron Cohen

We aren’t surprised, are we?  The Guy Ritchie film tops the box office with $2.9 million in its first week in Britain. 

Mamma Mia came in number 2 in its ninth week of release, taking $2.62 million with Keira Knightley’s The Duchess in third place with $2.59 million.

Imagine what the numbers will be when it is released in North America?

I really hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it turns out the recent stories of Josh Hartnett being captured on video in a Soho hotel having sex in the U.K. are untrue.  He tells GMTV:

“It’s incredible the stories they (the British newspapers) come out with. In the States at least they have to make a call to a representative and try to make a reality out of the situation. Over here (in Britain) they just make things up.  “(The paper said) there was a rumour about a video. But how can you have a rumour about a video? It would be on the Internet (by) now.”

And trust me it’s not on the internet.  I searched high and low.  Ha ha…I kid you.  Funny that he’s pictured in a trench coat, right?

I smell potential lawsuit:

“not only untrue but a complete fabrication…. defamatory and unsubstantiated”.

Hartnett is set to appear on stage in the West End Production of Rain Man scheduled to commence September 19.
