Did Lindsay Lohan Punch A Photographer?

According to TMZ.com Lindsay Lohan punched a photographer when she thought they tripped her intentionally over a metal barricade as she was entering the Bowery Hotel Sunday night.
Police were called, but no charges were filed. She was heard later on her cellphone saying: ‘Oh my God! I just hit a paparazzi!”
