The 27 year old Dreamgirls Oscar Winner, Jennifer Hudson was proposed to by her boyfriend David Otunga.  Otunga proposed on Jennifer’s 27th birthday (Friday night) with a Neil Lane designed diamond.  Sweeeet.

A rep for Jennifer confirmed the happy news:
