Nicole Richie & Joel Madden Launch Text Child to 90999

Nicole Richie & Joel Madden have launched a program called Text CHILD to 90999 a text message donation campaign.   The campaign is to help build a playground for kids in Los Angeles at a service-enriched apartment and also to build a national online registry for moms-in-need.
