Mariah Carey has been named a global ambassador for a hunger relief charity.  Mimi will front Yum! Foundation’s appeal to raise money for the United Nations World Food Programme.

She will be given the title on Thursday, September 25.   Yum! owns Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and KFC chains of restaurants.

Okay there are a whole pile of jokes in that.  I’m going to be nice.  It’s difficult, but I will do it because it’s for charity.  That’s the only reason. 

Mariah will appear in posters that will be 36,000 stores in over 112 countries.  If ou download her song Love Story at www.FromHungerToHope.com  .25 cents from every download will go to the foundation.
