Nicky Hilton, designer and sister to you-know-who will marry her boyfriend of 2 years, TV Producer David Katzenberg this winter.

Apparently the two were overheard chatting in a restaurant in Los Angeles.  According to the eavesdropper:

“They are thinking about a December or January wedding.  “They want it to take place after the Christian and Jewish holidays.”
