Jada Pinkett-Smith gave an interview to the Mirror U.K. recently in which she describes a recent romantic gesture Will did:

A few weeks ago, I left New York to go home to LA and I went into the bedroom and it was full of flowers, roses and candles. He had written a little note by the bed saying he missed me. He does stuff like that all the time.

Omg how sweet is that?  And Jada believes fate got the two together:

I auditioned for The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air when I was 19, but they told me I was too short to play Will’s TV girlfriend. Then I became this hot little mama on the show A Different World, and all the boys would come on to the set to check me out. He showed up and I wasn’t paying him any attention. Then he met his first wife, Sheree Zampino, and I was doing my thing. He was very good friends with a friend of mine, Dwayne. When Dwayne and I were filming a movie in North Carolina, Will came along and asked me to be on Fresh Prince, and I was like, ‘Hell no, I’m not doing TV again, I’m a movie actress goddamit!’ Then he got divorced and I saw him again with Dwayne. We went out on a date and that was it. But getting together was a three-year process.

Even with such a healthy and happy relationship, Jada admits to having a movie star crush on Johnny Depp.  Really, who can blame her?

Britney Spears is selling her Studio City home for $7.9 Million.  The home is described as:

Italian Renaissance-inspired villa has about 7,500 square feet and features a wet bar, a library, a den, high ceilings and stone and mosaic tile floors with six bedrooms and six bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a fireplace and a loggia.  The pad also comes complete with a pool, spa, arbor and three garages.  The home is available partially furnished.

Word is the reason for selling the home is to have more privacy from the media (like that is ever going to happen).  The singer is looking to purchase a home an hour north of Los Angeles in Calabasas, California.

Did you watch last night???? I think no one is surprised that Jeffrey Ross was sent home.  Poor Edyta, she seems to get the weaker dancers.  It would be nice if she could win the trophy.  She’s a stellar performer.  I always enjoy her dancing.

I LOVE Cheryl Burke’s partner Maurice.  He has such great energy, attitude and showmanship.

Once again, Brooke Burke was AWESOME.  She’s going to go a long way.  I’m surprised by how dull Kim Kardashian’s performance is.  She is so shy and self-conscious, but I think she has a huge fan base and as we all know it isn’t necessarily the best dancer that stays.

It’s hard to say who will go home tonight, but I think it’s between Cloris Leachman (although she is amazing for 82!!) and Susan Lucci.  Or it could even be Misty Mae only because I doubt she has the fan base that someone like Susan Lucci would have.  Daytime Soapsters are hardcore.

 Kim Kardashian wanted to be in tip top shape when she started Dancing With The Stars and is sharing her diet and fitness program with OK! Magazine:

Why did you do DWTS?
I wanted to challenge myself. When they asked me to do it, I was honored. I was definitely really nervous about it, but it’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

 Do you have any experience dancing?
I’m the girl who’s too shy to dance in a nightclub – maybe for one song, and then that’s it.

 How’s training going?
We are going on week five. It’s going really well. I have an amazing partner, Mark Ballas, and it just couldn’t be better.

Did you physically prepare before heading into dance practice?

Knowing that I was going to do this, I started heavily working out in the gym all summer. My boyfriend [NLF star Reggie Bush] taught me lots of weight training exercises that I didn’t do before.

How is dancing different than going to the gym?

You use different muscles. I definitely feel my legs toning up. It’s really good to mix it up and do something different.

Have you seen any results yet?

I’ve lost a few pounds – nothing too crazy yet, but I heard that you really start to lose weight when the show starts.

What is your fitness goal with DWTS?
I really want to be toned. Every girl has her insecurities, whether she is skinny or not. You want to look good when you’re on vacation in a swimsuit.

 Do you want to lose your famous curves?
No, not at all. I don’t even think that’s really possible. I’m going to probably have kids soon, so I want to have the perfect body before then. It’ll be harder to get in shape afterward, so why not do it now.

Sitting across from the two at Marc Jacobs’ fashion show at Fashion Week, Kelly Osbourne says:

“I was directly across from her and Jennifer Lopez and I couldn’t stop staring at them both – I looked at them more than the clothes!

“I know it’s not my place to say, and I hope I’m so wrong, but I’ve never seen two people pretend to like each other more in my life. They were holding hands, but it looked like Victoria was holding a s**tty bit of toilet paper!

“They were sat next to each other but you could’ve sat a whole person in between them.”

Nicole Kidman thinks swimming in the Australian Outback waterfalls may promote fertility and could have contributed to her unexpected pregnancy.

Apparently during the filming of “Australia” she and six other women went swimming in the waterfalls and all became pregant.  Nicole gave birth to Sunday Rose in July.

“I never thought that I would get pregnant and give birth to a child, but it happened on this movie,” Kidman told The Australian Women’s Weekly in an exclusive interview for the magazine’s 75th anniversary edition, released Wednesday.

“Seven babies were conceived out of this film and only one was a boy. There is something up there in the Kununurra water because we all went swimming in the waterfalls, so we can call it the fertility waters now.”

On being so tiny even at the latter stage of her pregnancy:

“I’m so lucky I’m so tall, so I carried small and also, I have to say, I had a birth that I was blessed with, a labor that was very good and a baby that was very good to me in that regard,”   “To be given this again is a beautiful thing. To have raised Bella and Connor since I was 25 and now to be able to do it again at 41 … wow!”

Waking up to Keith Urban every morning is a blessed event and beautiful thing, no?

You watch, women all over the world who can’t get pregnant will flock to those falls.

You really have to ask yourself what kind of man goes after his daughter’s partner publicly?  In an email to X-17 online Michael Lohan says of Samantha Ronson:

“I don’t believe that the recent blogs posted by ‘Lindsay’ were written by her” and touted, “There is a lot more to Samantha than meets the eye. Not that what we see is so pleasing anyway . . . what’s with this ‘person?’ Look at the way she ‘dresses.’   “Once more, she uses her middle finger more than she uses words. Have you ever seen her apartment? For God’s sake, when she runs out of toilet paper she tells people to use the cardboard roll. (I was told this firsthand).”

He’s such a gentleman, no?

And in response, Lindsay Lohan’s rep released this statement (from Lindsay) to PageSix:

“My father obviously needs to be on medication to control his moods. He is out of line and his words show how much anger he has, and it’s dangerous and scary as it reminds me of how he treated my mother and I my whole childhood. He needs to be stopped. This is yet another reason why we aren’t speaking.

“I am in a great place in life,” Lindsay continued. “I have overcome a lot and have been able to learn how to enjoy and appreciate my life in every way possible. I’m proud of myself for being able to make a change in the past year and a half.

“My past is behind me, and that’s final. There’s nothing more to be said. All the false accusations that people try to make are simply because there’s no story when things are calm and good.

“But they might as well let it go because their lies don’t affect me anymore. Samantha is not evil, I care for her very much and she’s a wonderful girl.  “She loves me, as I do her.”

It’s a shame a young girl has to defend herself constantly from the press, but worse, from her father.  What his fiance should realize is this:  if he’s willing to publcily attatck his own daughter, what will happen if things go sour for you two?  And why would you want to marry a man who does this in the first place?

The lovely Diane Lane and Richard Gere attended the New York screening of their film Nights in Rodanthe.  The plot according to imdb:  A doctor (Gere) who is traveling to see his estranged son sparks with an unhappily married woman (Lane) at a North Carolina inn.  Its release date is September 26, 2008.

Also at the premiere:  Harry Connick Jr. and his wife Jill, Ice T and his wife Coco, Gere’s wife cary Lowell and Viola Davis.

I think the smoochy, kissy, kissy picture of Richard Gere and his wife is nice and all.  She obviously has forgiven him for fawning all over that Bollywood actress a couple of years ago in which people wanted to behead him for.  If my husband did that, first of all I’d wonder how the hell he knows a Bollywood actress (like is he living a double life as a Bollywood actor or something? and really how did I mis THAT) but then I’d feel less guilty about stalking the likes of Kiefer, Viggo, etc.  Who’s kidding who?  I don’t feel guilt bout it now.  Tee hee.
