The Chicago Sun Times is reporting that a witness saw Jessica Simpson & Tony Romo at the local Neiman Marcus checking out engagement rings.  Apparently the couple are talking about a winter wedding.

Jessica recently was on The View and when asked if she and Romo were planning on living together, she hesitated before answering “no comment”.
