This story is funny.  Salma Hayek was being interviewed by British interviewer Eamonn Holmes who is from Northern Ireland.  When he commented on her last name, saying it didn’t sound very Mexican, Salma Hayek replied:  “I’m half Lebanese”.

Eamonn then said:  “So you’re a lesbian?”

Salma Hayek burst into laughter and said very slowly as she leaned forward “I am Lebanese.”

Good thing Salma Hayek has a good sense of humour.  Her and her former french billionaire ex-fiance have a one year old daughter together named Valentina.

 Angelina Jolie looking STUNNING as she attended a dinner for her new movie The Changeling.  Despite reports that the actress is ‘depressed’ I would say she looks pretty freaking fabulous.   I can not believe this woman had TWINS just a short while a go.  Time to hit the gym!

Thirteen years to the day that he was acquitted of murdering his wife, Nicole Brown Simpson OJ Simpson is found guilty on all 12 counts of his armed robbery and kidnapping trial.  He is seen here being led away after the verdict. 

Twelve days after the trial, the jury in Nevada reached the verdict Friday night (yesterday).   Simpson, 61, now faces life imprisonment. 

Four of his former co-defendants testified against him on the September, 2007 heist that took place at the Palace Station Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.  Prosecutors alleged that Simpson led a group of men in an armed raid on a suite rented by sports memorabilia dealers Bruce Fromong and Al Beardsley for what they thought was a transaction meeting.  Guns were allegedly brandished and two hotel guests were threatened as Simpson and his associates filled two pillowcases with items the former American football star and actor claimed had been stolen from him.

His lawyers plan to appeal this verdict because:

“We knew it going in, there was a lot of baggage.”

The “baggage” to which they refer is the acquittal of his murder trial against his wife and how it has “tarnished Simpsons reputation”.

Here are the first shots of Howard Stern and Beth Ostrosky after their wedding last night.  With Kelly Ripa’s husband, Mark Consuelos officiating, the two married at Le Cirque in front of a number of their celebrity friends:  Joan Rivers, Barbara Walters, Billy Joel and wife Katie Lee, Jimmy Kimmel, Sarah Silverman and Stern’s radio co-host, Robin Quivers. 

Billy Joel sang two songs, and Chevy Chase delivered a raunchy roast according to a guest.  According to Stern pal Dominic Barbara,

“Beth is the most beautiful bride I’ve ever seen,” said . (Ostrosky wore Marchesa.) “The vows were from each others’ hearts. It was gentle and soft and beautiful. People were crying.”

This is the first marriage for Ostrosky 36, and the second for Howard, 54. 

Congrats to the happy couple.  She seems to have a good effect on him.  Do you think they will last?

Update:  I forgot and have now added some wedding pictures.  I got to bed at 4 this morning so I’m not the brightest light bulb.
