Lindsay Lohan made a surprise appearance at the Diesel 30th anniversary celebration ‘Rock and Roll Circus’ at Pier 3, Brooklyn Waterfront Party this past weekend.  She looks gorgeous here, doesn’t she?  Apparently for Halloween she’s dressing up as Sarah Palin.

The party started in Tokyo and ended in New York.  Also at the New York party were Helena Christensen and Chace Crawford.
