Despite reports this weekend suggesting Madonna and Guy Ritchie have reached a divorce settlement, her publicist says otherwise in an email to the Associated Press:

“I will not be commenting on the various reports regarding the divorce or of the settlement which has not been finalised,”

Guy Ritchie is said to be worth $45 Million with Madonna worth over $500 Million.  They share properties in London, Wiltshire, Los Angeles and New York City.

Guy Ritchie’s camp came out earlier this week stating he would not be going after Madonna’s money, however there is speculation that there will be a custody battle for Rocco, eight, and David Banda, three.  Madonna has a daugther, Lourdes, twelve, with former boyfriend Carlos Leon.
