Nick Hogan (Nick Bollea) was released the Pinellas County Jail in Florida at 12:24 am. He walked out with his lawyer and was surprised by his sister Brooke Hogan who was waiting for him outside.

He has served 166 days of an eight month prison for the auto accident that left his best friend John Graziano with permanent brain injuries.  He was released early because of “good time” credit.
