Paris Hilton gets swarmed by paparazzi as she leaves the Portofino tanning salon, where surprise, surprise Gomer she probably received her orange tan. 

I wonder if she will ever have a life where she isn’t swarmed by the paparazzi.  Is this a case of be careful what you wish for or do you think she loves it?
