In it’s December/January Issue of Men’s Vogue Kiefer Sutherland (a.k.a. the man I LOVE to stalk) talks about life in New York:

“There’s a sexiness to the people here [in New York] that’s extraordinary,” Sutherland tells Men’s Vogue Magazine.  ”Everybody’s full of purpose. No one’s just f—— around.”

“I’ll be walking down the street with friends of mine, and I’m the only one who stops at the light,” he said. “Sorry, that was very Canadian of me.”

Honey, pack up the spaceship, we are moving to New York!!!  I want to be sexy in Kiefer’s eyes and if that’s what it takes, I’ll be damned, we will move!!!!  And he talks about being ‘full of purpose’:  nothing screams full of purpose better than stalking!!!  Am I right?  Trust me when I say I am very focused when I do that!!!

He talks about life in jail:

“There’s no smoking,”  “The lights never go out, 24/7. You can’t cover anything. You can’t even put your head under a blanket. All the cells have cameras in them”

On having to live without his vices in jail:

“My drinking was not a daily thing, so it wasn’t an issue. And, oddly enough, neither was the smoking,” he tells the magazine, adding, “I was very glad to know that I could quit. And one day soon I will.”

And contrary to what we thought, he was not alone:

“I was told, you know, ‘You’ll have your own cell.’ But I didn’t for the first two or three weeks; I had a cell mate,” he says. “He got out – but not for long. He came back in pretty quick.”

The magazine hits newstands November 25.  Kiefer is on Jay Leno tonight!!!!

Natalie Portman and Charlie Tahan are on the set for ‘Love and Other Impossible Pursuits’ filming at the Wolman rink in Central Park in the fabulous New York.  The movie is scheduled for release in June 2009.

Every time I see Natalie Portman she looks younger and younger.

I’ve quickly glanced through the pictures and I don’t see them smiling in amy of them.  Granted, I am looking at very small shots.  And it could also be the chaos they are dealing with or I have to wonder (and I know you’re wondering too) is it because of the recent revelations by Jennifer Aniston that she and Brad are on good terms?  Who knows?

According to the photo write up Hugh Grant was lashing out at photographers so I’ve included those.  For fun.

UPDATE:  I’ve added a couple more (I think they are virtually the same but I added them anyways) of Angelina and Brad in the back of their limo.

Do you see the SIZE of her rock????  That’s the first thing my eyes went to.  Okay second.  Or third.  Depending how you want to look at it. 

Whether husband Nick Cannon sees it or not, Mariah Carey will be wearing her annual festive lingerie.  Something tells me he will see it.  I’m really brilliant to figure that out, no?

This is FABULOUS news!!!  Brooke Shields told reporters at Sunday’s Kidsfest in NYC:

“They thought that because My Own Worst Enemy has been shut down that the same thing had happened to us, and it’s not true,”

She went on to say the show is still going strong:

“They’re not breaking down the sets,” she added. “We’re still working. We still have more to do, so it’s erroneously presented that we’ve been canceled, thank God.

“Our bosses are saying, ‘You’re not canceled, don’t worry. We’re just trying to figure out how to make this make sense.’”

When it was first reported that Lipstick Jungle had been cancelled fans sent tubes of lipstick to Jeff Zucker, president & CEO of NBC Universal, as a show of protest for its `cancellation`and support for the show:

“It’s been insane,” she went on. “I think that the public outcry has been crazy, and it’s kind of wonderful.”

And Brooke herself is optimistic of the show`s staying power:

“I actually am,” Shields said. “I mean, we’re basically No. 1 if you look at DVR. And you look at all that. So the public is watching it.

“The problem that they have is it’s not the same day live,” she continued. “They just need to figure out how to reconcile advertisers’ money because the advertisers don’t want you fast forwarding commercials.”

If the show does get cancelled Brooke will be heartbroken:

“The family atmosphere and the excitement of being all together and working — that’s the perk,” she said. “I think they would be remiss if they decided not to continue next season.”

Kim Raver admits she would take it very hard if the show were cancelled:

“The main thing is that me and Brooke and Lindsay [Price] have such a great time, not to sound corny,”   “I think on Monday there are emergency meetings as to what’s going to go on. But I know the executives are really pushing it and believe in it.”

Now this is a GREAT way to start the week, am I right??????
