Jodie Sweetin, 26 has filed divorce papers Wednesday in Orange County, California for legal separation from husband Cody Herpin, 31.  Herpin told PEOPLE:

“I was dumbfounded,” adding that Sweetin left their home and took their 7-month-old girl. “Over this past month something has been different. I’m concerned about our daughter and I just want (Zoie) home.”

It makes you wonder if it isn’t post-partum depression, mind you it could be a ton of other reasons as well.

Jodie Sweetin’s agent, Stella Alex, says the actress is:

 ”absolutely clean” and that the couple have “come to this path in their life and she felt like this is the way she had to go. Jodie says it’s unfortunate but it’s just what has to happen right now. No more detail, only because she says she doesn’t want to be disrespectful to him.”

The couple have been married since 2007 and were said to be working towards a reality show together.

Combined, Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z earned $162 Million from the period of June 2007 – June 2008.  Jay Z earned $82 Million while Beyonce earned $80 Million.  Not a bad day at the office, huh?

Katy Perry is seen arriving and performing at the 55th Annual ONDA awards held at the Liceu theatre in Barcelona.  Also pictured with her is Miguel Angel Silvestre.  I love how she has her own sense of style and doesn’t really give a crap what other people think.  She’s comes across as ‘out there’ (not criticizing) and unapologetic.

Kristen Stewart was on the Late Show with David Letterman last night promoting Twilight.  Normally celebs arrive in casual clothes and then change at the studios, but she went on David Letterman in jeans and is shown in a dress.  I know it’s early and, as always, I’m sleep deprived, but this is really screwing with my brains.  Sad, right?  It doesn’t take much by the time Friday rolls around.

Twilight opens today.  Will you be going, or will you wait for the crowds to die down?
