Madonna’s Sticky & Sweet tour is expected to set a world record after all is said and done.  She has finished with the North American leg of her tour and will head to South America where she finishes her show on December 21. 

The 28 date North American portion has sold 550,000 tickets and grossed $91.5 Million.  After it finshes in Sao Paulo, Brazil it will have earned $282 Million!!!  That’s more than any performer has ever earned, male or female.

Madonna also set the last record with her 2006 Confessions tour taking in $193.7 Million.  And to think, Guy Ritchie walked away with very little!!

Joan Collins has recently spoken of Madonna’s divorce settlement saying:

“Even though Madonna has zillions, I didn’t think she should give half to Guy – she made it all herself, as I did myself. I never asked for or received money from any of my husbands. I despise men who think they deserve money from a woman. The material gal did not marry a material guy – lucky for her and he’s showing a great example to other men who greedily demand money from their wealthier exes”
