Scott Ruffalo, brother of Mark Ruffalo has died from a gunshot to the head sustained on December 1.  He died late last night.  This is so terrible, senseless and tragic.  I can not imagine what Scott’s family is going through.

According to People, Beverly Hills Police Sgt. Renato Moreno told the Associated Press that Ruffalo, 39, died at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Shaha Mishaal Adham, 26, turned herself in to authorities Monday after Beverly Hills police issued an attempted murder warrant for her arrest. She is being held without bail, and the attempted murder charge will likely now be altered to murder.

Adham’s friend, Brian Burton Scofield, 29, who had been named as “a person of interest” in
 the case, also arrived at the police station with Adham. He was booked for a misdemeanor traffic warrant for past
 violations.

Scott was married to Luzelena Ruffalo, and was stepfather to her daughter, Lucinda.
