According to PageSix the statement released by Madonna’s rep, Liz Rosenberg earlier this week that Madonna would be paying Guy Ritchie close to $100 Million was inaccurate.  Madonna and Guy Ritchie released a joint statement:

“We have tried to maintain a dignified silence regarding the details of our divorce for the last few months,” adding: “A misleading and inaccurate statement . . . was wrongly issued to AP this week.”

Call me crazy, but if you can’t rely on your rep in that industry, I’m thinking that can’t be good.
