I doubt Jakey would show up to Jury duty like this but a girl can dream, right?

Jake Gyllenhaal was seen attending court in Los Angeles on Tuesday as part of the jury selection process for a misdemeanour battery trial.

TMZ is reporting that he was allowed to be questioned privately.  He returns to court today to see if he has been selected. 

Of stars who have escaped jury duty:  Madonna, Forrest Whitaker and Don Cheadle.  Not escaping their civil duty:  Steve Carrell who served on a jury for an employment dispute case in January.

It’s not like Jennifer Aniston needs the money and I guess it goes too far over the edge from her GQ Cover so Jennifer Aniston declined Playboy’s $4 Million offer to pose nude.

On top of the $4 Million she would have gotten points on sales bringing her take home pay to be around the $10 Million mark.   If she did do Playboy, personally, I think the sales would be huge.

This is according to the National Enquirer, so who knows?

Looking at these photos makes me think I need to workout rather than eat all this chocolate I’m eating.  I am so craving carbs it’s not even funny.
