Things Just Got A Whole Lot Worse For Chris Brown
Police officials have confirmed to TMZ that what ignited the fight between Rihanna and Chris Brown was a text message he received from another woman.
The woman’s text message spoke about hooking up with Chris Brown later.
In the police report there is reference to an argument over a rapper. The woman who texted Chris is not the rapper to which they refer.
The police took multiple pictures at the scene of Rihanna. Apparently Chris:
‘hit Rihanna so hard with his fists, she could barely open her eyes for the photos — they were almost completely swollen shut. She had a fat lip, her mouth was swollen, her nose was badly bloodied, and she had contusions on her forehead and both sides of her face.’
And that’s not all. The New York Post is reporting that Jay Z was enraged when he heard what Chris had done to Rihanna. Jay Z, who helped to make Rihanna the star she is today, has long been protective of Rihanna and a source tells US Weekly:
“He hit the roof,” “Chris is a walking dead man. He messed with the wrong crew”
This is so tragic and senseless.

I was disappointed with People magazines take on this incident. It was totally biased and absolving him of all blame. The article seemed to blame her for what happened.
I’ve been reading a lot of that angle online. There is never any reason to hit someone, especially like that. Perhaps in self-defence, I don’t know.
I just think the whole thing is beyond sad.
Self-defense would be the only justification, but from the sounds of her injuries, I don’t think self-defense applies here. That, and he’s a little bigger than she is. I like the idea of hitting him in the wallet, Busybee!
