Kate Moss was seen leaving The Ivy Club after dining with Sir Phillip Green (like that means anything to me) sporting what looks like a baby bump.  Personally after carbs my stomach can look like that, but this is Kate Moss we’re talking about.  And let’s face it, girl probably doesn’t eat, so chances are high there is a baby in there.
