Miley Cyrus has come under fire from the media and the Organization of Chinese Americans for the leaked photo of her and her friends holding back their eyes appearing to be making fun of Chinese people.  Miley has taken to her MileyWorld site and not really apologized:

“I’ve also been told there are some people upset about some pictures taken of me with friends making goofy faces!” she writes. “Well, I’m sorry if those people looked at those pics and took them wrong and out of context!”

“In NO way was I making fun of any ethnicity! I was simply making a goofy face. When did that become newsworthy? It seems someone is trying to make something out of nothing to me. If that would of been anyone else, it would of been overlooked! I definitely feel like the press is trying to make me out as the new ‘BAD GIRL’!’ “

She claims that since Britney is back on her game the media needs a new ‘punching bag’:

“I feel like now that Britney is back on top of her game again, they need someone to pick on! Lucky me! haha Anyway, I just wanted to let you guys know what is on my heart. You guys know me and have been by my side every step of the way!

 Yeah, that’s it.  It’s not like you should actually say that what you did was wrong (does she really think people are buying the ‘goofy face’ excuse) and are sorry to have offended anyone.

“You guys know my heart and know the most important things to me are my friends, family, fans, and GOD! In NO WAY do I want to disappoint any of you! But, when I have made mistakes in the past, I feel like I’ve owned up to them and apologized,” she adds.

“I really wish everyone would stop focusing on my personal life and get back to focusing on what I love! Music and Acting! Hopefully, I will be touring again this fall! Yayy! =] It will be a nice change to be back out on the road again!” Cyrus goes on, before signing off “bexoxo blessings…Miley =)”

Dancing With The Stars’ judge Carrie Ann Inaba and her boytoy of 2-1/2 years Artem Chigvintsev have split up.  Carrie Ann tells People:

“I’m single. Artem and I broke up in the beginning of November,” says Inaba, adding, “As much as our relationship was really good,” the two realized that neither “was ‘the one’ for the other. It was very sad to let go of something that was so good on so many levels.”

The 41 year old Inaba says that the 26 year old Artem is:

“a fine gentleman. I have never gone out with somebody that grounded, always ready to talk it out. I’m very happy for him and the success he’s having.”

Artem is part of the tour that is about to wrap up on February 8.  Dancing With The Stars airs on March 9!!!

Melanie Brown, Anil Kapoor and MY MAN Kiefer Sutherland are all seen in Manhatten outside of their hotel room. 

I’m not feeling particularly witty today so I really don’t have anything to say about MY MAN Kiefer Sutherland except to say I wish I were in his hotel room waiting for him.  And he knew about it.  This time I don’t feel right about jumping out and ‘surprising’ him.  That look of horror on his face last time changed me.  I almost felt bad.  And ashamed.  Especially when security ‘escorted’ me out of the building.  That was really nice of Kiefer to see that I made it to my car safely.  See!! That’s why I love him.
