WOWSA!!  Word is that Jewel’s tendinitis may force her to drop out and a source  has told UsMagazine that Girls’ Next Door and Hef’s former gold digger lovah is to step in for her.  I bet Kim Kardashian is all pouty.  Word is her weight loss efforts were in hopes of getting back on the show.  As if.  You just know Hef is going to be glued to the television on Monday and Tuesday nights.  Am I right?  Poor Hef.
