Miley Cyrus and her inappropriately older boyfriend Justin Gaston do lunch in Burbank.  I am loving that little dog she has in her bag.  I didn’t think dogs were allowed in restaurants unless they were trained to assist someone with a health issue. 

Nice Prada bag although I’m not a big fan of the colour.  I wonder how much that baby is worth?
