Entourage’s Kevin Dillon is in Malibu checking out electric bikes this past weekend.  I have to wonder if a bike shop is where pappers hang out in the hopes of spotting a celeb or is this one of those times where ’someone’ calls ahead of time?  Hmmmm makes you wonder, no?  Then again it is Malibu and I suspect the place is just crawling with celebs.  What do you think, coincidence or not?
