It’s been a while since we’ve heard about Howard K. Stern!  According to TMZ:

Howard K. Stern is turning himself in tonight — he’s being arrested and charged, along with two other doctors, for allegedly conspiring to fuel an an addict with prescription drugs — and the addict was Anna Nicole Smith.

Stern and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Khristine Eroshevich are being charged with a total of eight felonies.

According to the L.A. County D.A., the conspiracy counts allege the three defendants conspired to furnish controlled substances to Smith from between July 2004 and January 2007.

Stern and Kapoor were charged with one count of unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance. Eroshevich and Stern were charged with unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance between June 2004 and January 2007.

Kapoor and Eroshevich were each charged with obtaining a prescription for opiates by “fraud, deceit or misrepresentation.” They were both also charged with one count of obtaining a prescription for opiates by giving a false name or address.

Kapoor and Stern were also charged with one count of “prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict.” Eroshevich was charged with the same crime for separate prescriptions.

Bail is recommended at $20,000 for each defendant.

As we first reported, California drug officials recently raided the Los Angeles office of Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, looking for evidence against Stern.

Stern has denied doing anything illegal in connection with drugs and Anna Nicole.

Joaquin Phoenix is seen arriving at LIV Nightclub where he was performing his hip hop gig and was heckled by someone in the audience that he got into a fight with.  Apparently during exchanging insults with the heckler Phoenix told him:  , “I’ve got millions of dollars in my f**king bank account. What do you got?”

You know, when I saw him on David Letterman I thought that this is all a publicity stunt, a ploy.  And seeing this,  I can’t help but think the same thing:  According to TMZ Casey Affleck was filming the entire thing.  What do you think, publicity stunt or Joaquin is for real?

Dancing With The Stars’ hottie Gilles Marini attends Star Magazine’s ‘Young Hollywood’ event.   The event was attended by tons of young celebs such as Kristin Cavallari, Amanda Brooks, Heidi Montag & Spencer Pratt, Daveigh Chase, etc.

Something I find odd about this event:  if celebs hate the tabloids, and Star Magazine is a tabloid magazine, why would they attend this event?

You know, since I’ve been reading the Twilight books I’ve really been loving Robert Pattinson large.  A lot of people who read the book before the movie pictured someone entirely different.  Having known he was Edward Cullen before reading I think was an advantage.  He’s delicious.  And apparently he likes Tina Fey:

“I don’t really have a ‘type,’ but I like smart people. I really like Tina Fey -she is, like, the sexiest woman.”

She refers to Robert Pattinson as a ‘sexy devil’.  Now that’s hot!  Would you be filing divorce papers if you were Tina Fey?  Ha ha ha

The story accompanying these pictures is a little confusing, but supposedly Orlando Bloom showed up at Automat Restaurant in London, England in a cab with motorcycle helmut in hand as he met with friends.  As he left the restaurant he got on a motorcycle that the papparazzi were ‘guarding’ for him.  As Orlando drove aware he informed the paps the bike wasn’t his?  WTF?  I doubt he stole the bike….perhaps a friend dropped it off?
