Kiefer Sutherland will team up with rapper 50 Cent to star in a screen adaptation of the Nick MCDonell novel Twelve said to be released in 2010.   The story follows a high school who has become a drug dealer. The good life starts turning when a cousin is murdered on an East Harlem playground, leaving his best pal as one who is arrested for the brutal act.    

The movie will start filming April 20 in New York.  The all-star cast includes:  Chace Crawford, Emma Roberts, Rory Caulkin and Ellen Barkin.
