DWTS’ Chelsie Hightower Arrives At The Studio

Chelsie Hightower arrives at the Dancing With The Stars’ studio to beginning rehearsals for another week with her partner Ty Murray. 

In the Us Weekly magazine that I bought, she talks about how in the off-season (although this is really her only first and ‘on’ season) she hits the gym SIX days a week for 30 minutes of cardio and an hour of strength training:

“I usually do a lot of reps at a light weight so I don’t bulk up.  In the long run, lifting weights really helps with your metabolism”

I can’t imagine her having a metabolism issue at her age and based on what she eats:  egg whites and yogurt for breakfast, a chicken sandwich for lunches, prunes for a snack and salad and fruit for dinner.

Seriously I couldn’t live on that without being one cranky bitch.  I’m just saying.
