Filming scenes of course for their movie Remember Me in New York.  Robert Pattinson and Emilie de Raven are going to need to get their scenes all completed by August 17 as that is the date the The Twilight Saga:  Eclipse starts to film!!!! Summit Entertainment announced Eclipse will be filming from August 17th till October 31st at Vancouver Film Studios.

Originally Robert did not want to audition for the Twilight movie because he read that Edward Cullen was incredibly handsome:

“That’s the reason I didn’t want to go in for the part initially, because it’s really putting yourself out there,” he explained.

“Going in for the audition, I felt like a bit of an idiot. I felt prejudged by anyone who turned up to the casting. I just thought even having the gall to go in means you’re a bit of an arrogant p***k.”

“I don’t really like watching my stuff. It makes me feel sick. You imagine you look a certain way in your head, and when it looks even the slightest bit different from what you imagine, you go, ‘Rubbish’.”

Hot and humble.  Does it get any better?

Chace Crawford (looking mighty handsome I might add), Ed Westwick and Leighton Meester take to the street of New York to film scenes from Gossip Girl.  I always thought shows are on hiatus during June and July?

Chace has been a busy boy this past weekend attending concerts at the Glastonbury Music Festival as well as taking in some games at Wimbeldon in the U.K.

The new season of Gossip Girl airs September 14.

Mariah Carey was spotted on Manhatten’s Fifth Avenue filming her music video ‘Obsessed‘ dressing very Eminem-like, wouldn’t you say?  Perhaps this is a case of the singer getting the last laugh in response to his lyrics on his ‘Relapse‘ album and in particular the song Bagpipes From Baghdad.

The singer hs recently spoken of how she is so content with hubby Nick Cannon that she can’t stop eating:

“I love to eat. I never knew I could be this happy – it’s pure bliss. “I’m a curvy girl and switch around with my diets all the time. I love to eat.”

It’s great that she is with a guy who loves her for her and that includes all her curves!
