Dancing With The Stars hottie Mark Ballas celebrated his 23rd birthday (which was on May 24) at The Bank nightclub at The Bellagio in Las Vegas.

Again, in the pictures is that girl he insists is his girlfriend.  She’s pretty, and he looks happy and that’s all fine and good if you’re into that, but if he wants some crazy monkey love, call me.
