Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Hilary Swank are all smiles as they film ‘The Resident’ on location in Brooklyn, New York.  Hilary was also filming scenes of her jogging sans Jeffrey.  I like the sounds of the plot for this movie:

When a young doctor suspects she may not be alone in her new Brooklyn loft, she learns that her landlord has formed a frightening obsession with her.
