I happened to catch the Saturday Night Live show where Beyonce was the guest and Justin Timberlake was also on (where he did the Single Ladies leotard dance) and during her performances she had the wind machine blowing on her as well.  Although I find it slightly comical, I think only Beyonce could get away with it.

Here she is performing live at the Staples centre in Los Angeles.  I would think she puts on a fabulous concert.
