Anne Hathaway is seen in the West Village having lunch with a friend yesterday.   

She made the day of fans who waited overnight in a line up to catch her last performance in Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night during New York’s annual Shakespeare in the Park on Sunday when she showed up at 3 a.m. to thank the fans with pizza in hand.   That doesn’t surprise me, she strikes me as very gracious and nice.

One year ago this very day I Need My Fix was born!  I can not believe a year has already passed!

In this last year I have learned SO much, cried a lot (lol), pulled my hair out a bit, lost a ton of sleep but the most important thing in all of this is I met so many new, wonderful friends.

I am so pleased by how well the site is doing, and of course that is because of the viewers (I totally have the best) and also my fellow bloggers who link, blogroll me, encourage me and help me.

To all of you thank you, thank you, thank you for making INMF a success and a joy.

And to my friends and family, and in particular my husband thank you for cheering me on and believing in me (this so sounds like an award acceptance speech, yes?)

Brad Pitt appears on the August issue of Wired Magazine in his character from Quentin Tarantino’s Inglorious Basterds movie.  He gives advice on all things technical and talks about the infamous picture Ashton Kutcher took of Demi Moore’s butt:

“Don’t take a picture of your wife’s butt. That’s silly. Take pictures of other people’s wives’ butts.”

He talks about the necessity of being deceitful in online dating (like he would know anything about that):

“Everyone lies online. In fact, readers expect you to lie. If you don’t, they’ll think you make less than you actually do. So the only way to tell the truth is to lie.”

He also gives his take on talking and texting while in the bathroom (who doesn’t do that, right?):

“No, you can’t talk on the phone! Do you want the guy next to you to hear your entire conversation? That’s why you should only text in the bathroom. Just be sure you don’t hit the wrong button and end up putting a photo of your junk on Twitter. Trust me, you don’t want those followers.”

Inglorious Basterds hits theatres August 21 while this issue hits the newsstands July 21.

In all thruthfulness, I have no idea who the Ting Tings are.  I love the name of the group, and I know they are popular, and my aim is to please (are you listening Kiefer??) so I thought why not include pics of them in concert at Somerset House in London England?
