Gossip Girl’s Taylor Momsen celebrates her 16th birthday performing with her band The Pretty Reckless at the Hiro Ballroom in New York City.  When I quickly glanced at these pictures (for a split second) I thought Courtney Love?  Clearly Taylor is much healthier looking but I would never think these are pictures from a girl’s sweet 16th birthday party.
