I had you going, didn’t I?  Of course it’s a prosthetic bump for her new movie ‘The Back Up Plan’that she’s filming in New York with Alex O’Loughlin. 

I think Jennifer may be too busy to get pregnant in real life (like it’s any of my business).  Not only is she filming this movie, but she’s working on her album and getting some help from rapper Pitbull who revealed on his Twitter account:

“Workin on records wit jim jonsin 4 Jlo,”

In addition to that, Ryan Seacrest is showing great interest in having JLo be a judge on American Idol!  He told the press:

“We love Paula [Abdul] – but Jennifer and her next to each other would be a hell of a combination. I’m actually calling one of the Simons [Simon Fuller and Simon Cowell] right now, that’s a great, great idea.”

That would be a fabulous fit.  She’s got a great personality and I think is super talented.

He was later overheard on the telephone saying:

“Simon? Simon, it’s Ryan. What do you think about Jennifer and Paula? Seriously…”

Would you want to see JLo judge American Idol?

TV news legend Walter Cronkite has died at the age of 92.   Dubbed The Most Trusted Newsman in America, Walter Cronkite delivered news for decades that he concluded with his trademark:  ‘and that’s the way it is’   He said these same words on March 6, 1981 when he signed off on his last night as anchor.

Born in Missouri and raised in Texas he was a journalist since 1937 and started with CBS television in 1950.  Throughout his career he met with several Presidents:  Ford, Carter, Clinton, Reagan, Kennedy, Hoover, FDR, Eisenhower, and Truman and has said of the ones he met:

They were all giant egos, anxious about their place in history

Trying to compose himself when delivering the news that President Kennedy had been assassinated, he took his glasses off to wipe away a tear and later said:

“At that moment I teared up, I just had a little trouble getting the words out.”

On March 15, 2005 he lost his wife of 64 years, Betsy, three weeks before their 65th anniversary.  Together they had three children: daughters Nancy and Kathy, son Walter III, and four grandsons.

Our thoughts and deepest condolences go out to his family.

Anna Paquin arrives at Regis and Kelly’s to promote her HBO television series True Blood and was also on David Letterman last night. 

He remarks about how she was 12 or so when she was last on the show, and I have to say I can not believe how much she has grown up, and now she’s on True Blood which has a huge following, it’s really incredible.  I still think of her winning her Oscar for The Piano.

Gerard Butler gets a lift from Neal McDonough and Tia Carrere as he and Katherine Heigl premiered ‘The Ugly Truth’ in Los Angeles and look to be having a great time. They totally have chemistry together and I can’t wait to see the movie.

Gerard also visited Conan O’Brien where he talked ’300′, his sexiness (and whether his mom thinks he’s sexy) and of course those pesky Jennifer Aniston rumours which he denies.  But is he really going to admit to them if it were true?  The fact that she just shelled out $1200 on lingerie makes me a little skeptical.  Maybe she wants to feel pretty under her jeans.  I don’t know.

For whatever reason I was able to view Part 1 but not Part 2 so I don’t know if it is in fact Part 2!!
