Paris Hilton is warning young girls not to allow boyfriends to tape them having sex (gee, really??):
“I want young girls to never put themselves in that situation I was in. Don’t ever let someone talk you into doing something you don’t want to do.”
She added: “I was humiliated, embarrassed and in shock that it happened. It wasn’t my fault, it was something that someone did to me, so I’ve just learned to be a strong woman and nothing can hurt me at this point.
“It was definitely very painful. When you trust someone and love someone – for them to do that to you, it’s really hard. It’s something that bothers me everyday.”
The tape she refers to of course is the infamous one ex-douchebag Rick Salomon filmed and ended up surfacing in 2003. The scarring didn’t prevent her from profiting on her mistake. Paris receives a percentage of the profits of the film that was later released on DVD entitled ‘A Night in Paris’.
Personally I would have gotten more satisfaction from removing his nether regions from his body, and placing a camcorder into his colon but hey, that’s just me. Money doesn’t buy happiness, but sweet revenge on douchebags makes me giddy.
She goes on to say she isn’t quite the party girl everyone thinks she is:
“I think there are a lot of people that have misconceptions about me. They assume I’m just a party girl and they don’t realise there’s a business behind it. I’ve created this over the past 10 years.
“I think when people haven’t met me they might think that I’m spoiled, that I’m a brat, that I haven’t worked for what I have. I’ve worked very hard for what I’ve achieved. None of this was given to me. I’ve done it all by myself.”
What I know is that people think about you what they want. Sometimes it’s based on one mere moment in time (and doesn’t really define you), sometimes it has nothing to do with who you are and is not based on any facts, but what they’ve decided about you. Is this the case with Paris? I’m not sure, I think all those pictures of her dancing on tables, or lap dancing for boyfriends didn’t help her cause. I’m just saying.
